C-3’s new Urban Crawl Program is an experiential-based event designed to engage C-3 members and prospective members in exploring what’s happening in our communities related to the built environment, design, landscaping, transportation and more.

First C-3 Urban Crawl will take place in the Village of La Mesa with 

Councilmember Colin Parent as our tour guide.

See and discuss mixed-use development from the 90’s – what works and what has changed


Stop #2 ~ Paseo Townhomes

10+ year project from Citymark Development featuring a collection of 18 distinctive townhouses


Stop #3 ~ New Coffee Shop "Sheldon's" and talk with Aaron Dean, Chair of the La Mesa Village Association

New businesses in the village and recent streetscape improvement projects


Stop #4 ~ Little Flower Haven Project
