C-3’s Urban Crawl Program is an experiential-based event designed to engage C-3 members and prospective members in exploring what’s happening in our communities related to the built environment, design, landscaping, transportation and more. At each stop we will talk with developers to learn more about the projects.

Fenton's North Park Project Stroll El Cajon Blvd. and explore recent infill housing projects on the way to The Boulevard Mixed-Use Development Stop #2 ~ Walk by Murfey Company's Exotic Gardens project Visit the new standard for multi-family living Stop #3 ~ Continue on to North Park Seniors and Broadstone North Park Learn about Community Housing Works' North Park Seniors Project and Broadstone North Park.
