How Does a World Class Planner Approach Planning in San Diego?

Earlier this year, policy wonks and urban designers celebrated the appointment of Bill Fulton as the new City Planning Director.  Since arriving in San Diego, he has devoted time and energy to meeting with constituencies and seeking feedback about the organization of his department and priority issues to be addressed.

Now that Bill has had an opportunity to reflect on input and his own observations, he is prepared to clarify his vision for how and where he can lead planning in San Diego. Join this organic discussion and question him directly about issues that you care about.
